How are you coming up please?
Breathing in. If that is what you asking…
Inhalation is most appropriate as the body needs to stabilize the blood pressure. Make sure you are coming up slowly and that the inhalation is long, slow, and deep. You can also try coming up with the sternum first, keeping the head tilted back THEN only after your torso is up, inhale a second time to very slowly raise the head. This can be difficult for many people as it requires a certain muscular strength. You can also try coming out of the pose sooner (not remaining as long).

Thanks inner! I will try that. Appreciated!
adding to Inner a’s usual helpful advice check that you are freely breathing whilst in the pose ,many dont ,try adjusting your head position to see if this helps ,dont shorten the neck or cause tension in the head its the trunk and legs that make the effort. As always there is a lot going on in the asana and there are myriad of instructions that a well trained teacher could no doubt give ,on seeing how you take the pose .
Absolutely agree with CharlieD. I often presume the student is doing the pose correctly and being properly guided in the poses with these sorts of posts, especially when so little information is offered up front.
If the student is doing the pose without proper alignment and action, doing the pose from ego (performance) then inhaling to comes up, leading with the sternum et al likely will not abate the issue(s).
