Have you hear of yoga co-ops? I’m just wondering how this membership program works for teachers and for students.
I have never heard of yoga co-ops. Most co-ops are created so people can share tasks and expenses to meet their needs - usually housing and such. I guess this would work in yoga if everyone shared in the costs of space, but would that include instructors? In my community, the women (mostly) send emails around to see how many they can get together to have a yoga class and pay an instructor to show up.
co -op is a form of business organization…kind of llc, no one can be held liable…but the teachers and students here would be like a members of the yoga club.
some cities have yoga co-ops…
