something about an hour long that has an advanced series. just something to watch at my house and follow
so like you want something you can download??? or buy b/c there are many yoga dvds or vhs out there that you can watch at home…but if you want something to download, i suggest searching on downloading sights such as limewire or something. specifics about wat u want wold be great
