Dvd recommendations?

I have geri yoga on tape but I’ve only ever used the beginning and i don’t use it anymore as Geri’s chatting is annoying now.
I have yogalates- good workout but not relaxing
and a dvd for stress- each pose has been seperately filmed and it’s not using poses I recognise.

I have three books that are basic but I would like a dvd to folllow. Something flowing, I’ve tried to buy yoga zone as I like that but can’t watch it in private but its not over here-uk.

Any dvds in availble in the u.k.
i’m not a beginner but i’ve only ever taught myself -can’t afford classes- on and off. I suffer with anxiety and only yoga helps so I need to keep at it.

I would suggest checking out yogatoday.com. There are three different teachers with different styles and hundreds of classes you can choose from (1 hour long, most of them). You can view one free class a week, or you can purchase classes from them for only $4 each. I suggest trying the free classes (don’t judge all by one, though, the teachers have very different styles) before purchasing any so you know what to expect.

You can also look at Youtube videos or if you have Netflix they usually have decent yoga shows.

These are all great suggestions. The other thing you can do is check out yogajournal.com for some ideas as well. I enjoy the yogajournal site in general because I can make my own asana practice and save it.

How do you make your own asana practice on YogaJournal.com?

Thanks!

If you go to www.yogajournal.com and go to the top menu bar you will see poses as an option. Hover on that with your mouse and a drop-down menu comes up and the first option is “build a sequence”. If you click on that you can start building a sequence that works for you. I think you have to register with them as a member but that is totally free and so worth it! I hope this helps out. I love the sequence builder. You can also save the ones you build and print them out as well:)

Thanks so much! I knew that they had a sequence builder but I never could remember how I found it the first time.
