Does anyone know anything about Eischens Yoga?
It appears to come from the Monkey Bar Gym
Well, my curiosity got the better of me so I looked into it myself and even bought the DVD and to be honest I would not recommend it to anyone. It appears to be Power Yoga with less explication and frankly I’m not sure anyone should try section 2 without an experienced teacher and section 3 is right out unless you have a lot of experience of a good teacher
