Hi guys,
As I new to yoga I would like to ask your advice.
A year and a half ago I broke my elbow after two operations one to place a tension band wire in. The other to remove due to it causing pain. I know it is still healing and it’s fine most of the time just a little sore at times.
So what I want to know is should I be avoiding certain postures or should I just listen to my body. Obviously I want to avoid doing further damage as it has been through enough trauma. Or is there anything I can do to improve my elbow?
