Yoga Bodywork is a series of subtle manipulations for balancing the 5 pranas and awakening the energy for deeper meditation and spirituality. The event is open to all no previous experience needed. Fee is $45; advance payment required asap. Workshop will be held at Mukunda’'s home, the YTC, on Sunday from 2-5. IT is followed with vegetarian potluck from 5-6:30 and satsang from 6:30-8 no fee. Private sessions available on Monday only.
