There are various reasons for energy blockage :
- Inadequate sleep.
- Going back to sleep after meditation.
- Lots of thinking or plenty of thoughts flowing in the mind.
- Bad food habits.
According to my experience these four are the main reasons for energy blockage.If I would like to do a quality meditation then I woud follow certain steps :
- A very good sleep which makes my body and mind feel very light and stress free.
- Proper food digestion and a clean stomach.
- Shower followed by very light snack with small liquid.
- Pranayama followed by meditation.
Pranayama which should be like closing the eyes and inhaling and exhaling of breath slowly.Inhaling from one nostril and exhaling from the other nostril for few times and then start with the respective meditation. - No meditation near to bed times.
Earlier I experienced blockage but now I don’t.
