Greetings! I began yoga in July. It has changed me so rapidly, that I sometimes feel I’m in two places at once! I am fortunate in my teacher, with whom I just began a weekly personal lesson. Sharing how I feel about yoga and what I experience has been difficult for me. I don’t generally share what I feel with others. I started a blog about my yoga experiences, and although I write on it almost daily, and enjoy chronicling my experiences, if kind of feels like talking to a brick wall. I really need feedback from someone other than my teacher. I think it would really help me to ask someone who is new, or someone who was once new, what he/she felt. I ask a lot of questions!
