I was looking for some general poses to help correct my exagerated lumbar lordosis. I have tight hip flexors, QL muscles and weak core. I am currently working on strengthening my core. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I’ll bet it wasn’t a yoga teacher who told you to strengthen your core, now was it?
For lengthening the hip flexors try Eka Pada Supta Virasana every day 18 breaths each side. For the QL…a deep and introspective Balasana.
