I have a not fully inflated exercise ball- it’s not firm but gives a good bit when pushed- I enjoy pushing my abs in and out on it- kinda like nauli without the circular motion- my question is what muscle is that specific to- my guess and hope is that it is the traverse abdominus. Namaste
it is the rectus that does the pushing but hopefully the traverse is doing most of the work ?
I am not sure exactly what you are asking or which exercises you are doing with the ball…you can do all sorts of abdominal, back, leg and upper body exercises with them. You will find some examples on youtube.
you know like when you extend the rectus abdominals during nauli- doing that laying on my stomach on the ball - which go in and out with pressure against the stomach
