Hi Yoga peeps, Just to let you know to look out for a yoga style called ‘YogaDO’. I have been doing yoga for over 16 years and have found this to be by far the most beneficial and interesting. I have seen students improving in one class in what normally can take years or a lifetime. Today in the class a guy who has not touched his toes since he was a kid touched beyond his toes after just 2 minutes of gentle yogado, and he is in his 50’s. I have done Ashtanga,Iyengar,Bikram,Hatha, shadowyoga and various martial arts wwith many different teachers and have never seen anything like it. Thats why I decided to join this forum, to let you know about it. Every class I have been to I have improved in ways I never thought possible. It’s so clever. It’s like meditation, but on areas of the body as points of focus. I will never go back to Ashtanga,Iyengar,Bikram, hatha or other yoga styles as it will be a step back. I have improved and am so flexible and light in my thoughts and body like never before and look forward to continue improving. I cant wait till the next class!!!

How great that you’ve found a practice so empowering for you and you’ve shared it with us in your initial post.

I am always touched when a student has a practice that allows them to know the Self more deeply and facilitates their relationship with that Self, others, and the planet.

There are few things more meaningful than the humility and gratitude that comes with a balanced yoga practice. That, coupled with joy and the connection with one’s purpose or svadharma, is a beautiful thing.

Hi Neil,

Why just 42 days, make it a life practice, I am practicing my breath of gratitude now for the past 11 years, and the difference it makes to my life is phenomenal, I cannot explain it in words.

Great link, thank you Neil!
I express my gratitude in my way after my morning practice. I’m looking forward for the new inspiration

& Vibes welcome to the forum!

pandara, when it comes to grattitude I am in the infant stage but growing fast  I went to an ayurvedic person, not sure if he is considered doctor, maybe a consultant. He is the one who recomended the site so in 10 years and 350 I will be on my 11th aniversary too
glad you like it mirjana, new inspiration is always cool. I have been hearing a lot about grattitude in what I have been reading lately and this is just another source for me.

on the journey
Neil

Hello,

I thought I too can share an experience. I have been practicing meditation for quite a some time now.I have been doing it to manage my stress and anxiety.I happened to come across a website meditation it had all the information how to manage stress, anxiety and depression to lead a peaceful and focussed life. I would suggest people who are looking for information to manage stress and depression in their life effectively to have a look at this site to benefit as I did.
