Ive tried shankhaprakshalana as it is the first chapter of a book from Andre Van Lysebeth. Actually I did some mistakes. I went jogging before the procedure, I didnt kept in warm temperature after… so I got flu and cold. I went to vegetarian restaurant and ate some a bit spicy food… it wasnt much, but it was enough to get diarrhea. Now my cleansing is a big failure and harm to body. Can you please give me some complex advice on this matter, or link me some literature to get more complex information than I have from the book, which didnt warned me enough from risk linked to shankhaprakshalana?
