Fair skin?

I am of indian descent but I live in the USA.

My skin tone is light brown, but if i spend a day in the sun, my face, arms and legs, become really dark. Over last summer it was to the point, where if i took my shirt off, neck, chest, abs, and upper thighs were all light brown, and the rest of me was dark. I looked like a guy with the arms and legs of another guy.

What would be the best solution for this? I drink a lot of water, and take good care of my skin, started wearing sunscreen twice a day now.

But this is a lot of work, and most people stay fair just naturally. Is there any supplement i should take, or food i should eat, or any exercise that will stop my skin from getting darker in the sun?

It’s just your genetics. There’s nothing wrong with tanning naturally but you should always wear a broad spectrum sunscreen if you are going to be in the sun for extended periods of time to protect your skin from harmful UV rays.

All skin colors are beautiful. If your arms and legs being darker than the rest of your body bothers you just make sure to reapply your sunscreen throughout the day and maybe let the rest of your body get some sun too.
