Fasting

After a turbulent seven months, I have finally got back full on in to yoga. I have decided to fast three days out of the seven. I will be eating fruit only. I am hoping that I will once again be able to fast again without any food. Does any one have any tips.

Go slowly and cautiously in discerning whether fasting is part of your best self expression. You have a food-based body for a reason.

I will thank you for the advise. I think fasting is very important.

I am have just begun a fruit and vegetable juice fast, for one-two days.
It really is quite a pleasure to drink so many delicious things and spend half the day meditating. :slight_smile:

I do fruit only, cannot do veg. But you are good to have the veg as well.
