Will kundalini awaken if you dont what it to? I have read things about it that are frightening. I like the idea of energy and all but not enough to risk having serious problems. Now Im a lil weary of meditating. I dont meditate that much but, when I do its to just to rid myself of stress and other related anxiety problems. I still consider myself new to this. Do I have anything to worry about?

No. No harm in what you’re doing. Unless you’re forcing pranayama, that is, over an extended period of time, there’s absolutely nothing to worry about.

Not likely- There are many forms of yoga, some designed to limber the body and reduce stress and fatigue and others meant to awaken the chakras and re-wire the psych-electric circuits of the brain and spine. The latter might pose some risk of psychlogical turbulence, but only wirh pretty intensive practice. It’s unlikely that you have embarked on the latter without knowing it. You might ask a knowledgeable yoga instructor. (not always easy to find-a lot of incompetents out there) peace and good luck
