One of the first steps of asana is to feel.
Bring the awareness to the sensation:
let go of the thoughts
worries
desires
fears,
and just feel.
Let go of the descriptions
labels
beliefs
expectations,
and just feel.
Dichotomy disappears,
self dissolve into the sensation of B-ing:
