original source is Taittirya Upanishad chapter two one can find this text published by the Vedanta Society of Ramakrishna. Joseph Lapage’s Integrative Yoga Therapy group has produced a chart of the koshas showing how to do therapy for them. I contributed to this group effort to compose it. A Systematic Course in the Ancient Tantric Technique of Yoga and Kriya, Bihar School of Yoga, 1989 also has some information. There is no singular reference on this to cover it extensively. It would be a good project for a motivated yogini. namaste
