Dear All

Please help me.Don’t irritate to read all this matter please.

i have 5 years working experience in R/D.
In my experience i observed one thing that Environment is not changing according to me,So according to the Environment I have to change my self.

My Problem Is when ever i fell tension,Stress, Nervous,fear immediatly i will get the Heart Burn, at the time i will feel very uncomfortable,because this uncomfortable i have changed 2 companies. at that time if i get Happy
happy ness Heart Burn immediately it will go.
But getting Happy ness in the world is very difficult in my working companies.

So I have change my self then i started Barathiya Yoga in 2008 year but no use, then 2009 i shift to Coimbatore there i heard about ISHA,in 2010 i attend
ISHA class,from last $ months onwards i am doing ISHA yoga but Again NO use.
I asked ISHA yoga peoples, they are telling just do the practice,when your doing yoga keep concentrate on the practice.BUT nothing is worked out.

I am recently married,i am giving trouble to wife because of problems.

When i will get in the morning first i will fear how to spend this day. Going to office late is fear i Know that i have get in the morning but no… ,no R/D outputs in the office fear of BASS,no concentration in the office fear of the future. if i go to temple ,there GOD fear .fear fear every where fear , i know for all this things i am responsible. i am creating problems for my self then i only having the solution for all these. But… i am the Human

what i can do , i don’t have the control on my mind .

There is any Mazic to change my self

I’m not God but I’ll try to help you anyway. I think you are looking to the right person for help (God), but you are looking in the wrong place. You see, God generally does not communicate via the internet. I will try to give you some advice on where and how to find God.

  1. God can usually be found in either of two places:
    a) within yourself, and
    b) in others

  2. God generally does not respond to emotion. You have to be calm. Use your yoga and pranayama to just relax and calm down.

  3. You have to learn to listen. Use the symbol of Isvara (Om) to tune your being to his vibration, then just be quiet and listen. Do not try to solve every problem all at once. Decide what is most important to you and place that in your heart while you tune your being to Om, then just listen. God may speak to you through your own self or through others.

  4. Be patient. God is busy and he may not get to your problem right away. In the meantime, you have to do what you can to solve your problem on your own. You have to be honest, you have to be calm, and you have to think clearly.

  5. Take action. You have to act. It is one thing to know the right thing, but it is another thing to do it.

Dear Narithota,

You do good thing asking people for help (these ISHA yoga people, this forum). You may find some useful advice, but from what you wrote, I think you should ask a psychotherapist for advice. I heard that such thoughts in the morning (fear of what will happen during the day) may be a sign of some sort of fobia. If it is the case, there are methods of overcoming sources of fear.

Also, this heartburn may be caused by high acid production in your stomach. I have similar symptom during very stressful moments in life. Simple anti-acid tablet does miracles (I just wish I found that few years later).

I am sorry you are feeling this way.

The body, mind, and emotions are all very much connected, so whatever is going on for you emotionally or in your mind will cause physical symptoms, like your heartburn, in my case chronic neck pain.

You have made the first big step ? saying you have a problem and seeking help. I think you now just need to find help that will better serve you.

I am not sure what resources or support you have available, but perhaps you can speak to a professional like Pawel suggested?

Just remember we are dynamic human beings with complex emotions, there is no right or wrong about how you are feeling, you just need to explore it and find a ways to transform your negative emotions into positive ones that serve you better.
