July in India is intense but unforgettable. I went during monsoon season, and yes, the shots and meds aren’t fun, but once you’re there, it all fades into the background. The smells, colors, early morning temple sounds — they really change you. I stayed a month too, and my body adjusted faster than I expected. Just pace yourself and listen to how you feel day to day. Travel always teaches patience. On a practical note, I triple-checked flights and even saved the asiana airlines customer service phone number before leaving, which helped my nerves. You’ll come back different, in the best way.
Really nice to hear about Indian Yoga center. I travelled to India and visiting several places based on my work. But I never visit any Yoga center. May be coming days I will visit Yoga centers.
