Good Morning from a new member

I’ve enjoyed reading so many posts on this forum - it seems like a nice community to become a part of. I hope to make a worthwhile contribution occasionally, while continuing to absorb and enjoy the information others are sharing.
Although I’m now in my 60’s, my yoga practice continues to become more and more important as the time passes.

I too am a new found member. I believe my asana practice makes me feel very whole, lacking nothing. Hey, doesn’t that come from the word ‘Holy’? Anyway, welcome to you and I look forward to reading future posts from you! Namaste

Thank you for your welcoming messages. I surely agree that a devoted yoga practice can make a person feel whole - aware of themselves and their connections in a completely different way.
If almost everyone practiced yoga would the world be a better place? Definitely, I think
