Greetings from India

Hi! My name is Hiren Shah. I have been doing Yoga for a couple of decades. I do yoga five to six times a week.

In the Bhagvad Gita(ancient spiritual Indian holy book), lord Krishna has described Yoga as “Excellence in Work” or “Dexterity in action”. Since a majority of waking life is spent at work, even from a critical thinking perspective, this is very relevant in today’s stess prone world. To my mind, it implies that each person should be in the right occupation(Your Soul at Work, work and spirituality, career planning and development for the road less traveled.) apart from harmonious work relationships which is why my spiritual name is Real time yoga. I am surprised that despite excellent HR practices, the united states has a severe problem of work misfits- both American and Indian links and links to my published articles on the subject in Indian magazines and newspapers are given on my blog- About Make your passion your profession ? Make your passion your profession(Work prisoners and students) which is also my signature.

That apart, I am fascinated by the connection between Ayurveda and Yoga and Meditation and the possibility of teaching yoga properly in schools.
