Hello everyone,
My name is Tina and I am new to this forum and new to Yoga all together. I have done some simple Yoga and meditation for the past week and have loved it so much that I plan on continuing my trial period with it.
I started doing Yoga and medication for mental health and the health of my whole body, inside and out.
I hope to learn more and participate in this forum as much as possible, I love to be educated. Any information for a beginner would be greatly appreciated.
