Christine Wushke has produced several excellent CDs on guided meditation. Best I’ve heard yet. She can be downloaded on itunes.

I enjoyed it the meditation! I was a little surprised when I got to work this morning. Posted by the time clock there is a sign mentioning that there will be a meditation manifestation class this coming friday and it will be weekly at the cost of $7. The class will give you inner peace, connection to the universe, happiness, health and financial abundance. Im thinking about going just to see what its like. Has anyone here been to meditation classes and if so what can I expect?

Dont expect anything. Thats better. The higher expectation the higher disappointment.

If you go to the Chopra Center and sign up for the email newsletters, they’ll invite you to their “21 Day Meditation Challenge” which seems to occur pretty regularly. Free, daily, guided meditations. The amount of actual time spent in meditation is fairly short, but it’s a good introduction for new people wanting to try meditation.
