Hello. This is my very first post. Obviously. lol. Well, just let everyone have some information about me. I’m 16 years old. & i have been doing yoga off and on for about a year now. I have fallen in love with it. The way it relaxes not just your body but also your mind. I would recommend this to anyone who is stressed out or just wants to get a little bit more flexible. It really does wonders for you.
Sure does, once the body stops pulling on the mind you can learn to switch from doing to being much more easily.
