Hello all

I’ve just joined, my name is youngolden, my name indicates a young mind with a not so young body. I discovered The Five Tibeten Rites a few weeks ago and started practising it 11 days ago, I’m still doing each rite just 7 times as I’m not fit enough to do more at the moment and don’t have the muscle strenghth, (I’m 72 years of age). The hardest rite for me is the fifth one, I find it very hard on the wrists and forearms but, I suppose they will get stronger with time, I’m a very keen gardener and tend to do too much and tire myself out, do experienced people who practice the rites find even at my age they become more energetic with extra stamina, would appreciate any help and advice. Thanks, youngolden. :???:

Hi youngolden, that’s awesome that you’re delving into the rites. I don’t have any advice to you but wish you all the best on your path. And welcome to the forum, it’s exciting to have you here
