A little more info about me:
I’m a 46yo female and was practicing yoga asanas regularly about two years ago for about a year and felt fantastic.
I had a small surgery about a year ago and stopped practicing, and now I am making strong efforts to rebuild a practice with a new work schedule and less time at home than I have ever had before.
I am visiting this website for inspiration and guidance, and already have been moved by some of the poems, quotes, and the replies to other’s questions.
Already feeling some push!
I will find a way to work yoga back into my life, I have to overcome the resistances, so I’m breaking down some walls!
I am especially feeling good about working more spirit into my yoga, as I missed that before, and it was what I was finding I was really loving about it, aside from the disappearance of my aches and pains.
