Just wanted to drop a quick hello to everyone! I’ve been casually practicing Yoga on my own and in a class on campus for about a year now. I joined the forums hoping to learn a bit more about yoga and how I can continuously implement it in my everyday life. I’m also a musician (music student actually), and have found that yoga has really helped my balance and technique greatly. I tend to be very tight when I play but when I do a few poses before I practice, it loosens me up and focuses me. Anyone experience similarly?
Anyways, I’m rambling now, but I hope to get to know many of you in the coming days
