Dear yoga gurus,
I am a beginner and need your help and guidance. I can’t even sit in Sukhasana for long.
Is there any basic stretching asanas I can do that will help me? Right now I use a couple of Pillows for my Sukhasana and eventually I want to get rid of them and sit like everyone else, on the floor. Is it possible at all. And not to sound impatient or anything, but how much time will it roughly take to achieve that.
