Hi
My name?s Jayney I?m currently living in Manchester in the UK. I have previously been living in the French Alps, but wanted to further my yoga practice and unfortunately the alps isn?t the place to do it! I?ve been practicing for about 3 years now, but after a few upheavals in my life I have been drawn to taking it more seriously. I?ve found a local centre where I can attend regular classes, I?ve started reading a few books, I?ve booked onto a few courses and in December I will be starting a British Wheel of Yoga Foundation Level one course.
I find Yoga an amazing subject with some many dimensions and I don?t even think that I??m scratching the surface with it. But it has quickly become a passion which is why I joined this forum as I don?t really have any people besides my teachers to actually discuss yoga with ands share my passion.
