Hello, new to the forum

Hello, I was quite excited to find this forum. I’ve been practicing Kundalini Yoga for about three years via DVDs. Largely because I can’t find a yoga studio within driving distance.

Anyhow, I’ve just recently been getting into meditation. Yes…I did skip it before you ask. Well, I’m so excited as meditation has opened up all kinds of new doors for me.

So, anyhow that’s why I’m here. Hoping to talk to some like minded individuals. I’m very pleased to finally be on the spiritual journey I’ve always wanted.

Hi, I just joined in the last week. I’ve practiced many types of yoga, but never Kundalini. What was it that made you want to try that style?

Hello friends, this is kajal here,I 'm just join in this forum,i think its very informative suggestion in this site,I did skip it before you ask. Well, I’m so excited as meditation has opened up all kinds of new doors for me…Thanks for nice sharing information of Yoga,

Well, to be honest I did my Masters in Counseling and there was some promising research showing Kundalini Yoga to be statistically significant in the treatment of depression. As I’ve had some history of depression I was looking for a holistic way to treat it. So, that would be the why for the most part.

I have found Kundalini Yoga in conjuction with meditation to be the missing link to treating my depression naturally as I am currently symptom free. I have tried and do practice Hatha Yoga to, but predominately I use Kundalini Yoga.

I have a great deal of interest in expanding my horizons spiritually through meditation and breathing exercies.

That’s wonderful that yoga has naturally helped you. I’m in awe of the power of yoga to transform lives. Have an amazing Saturday!

Thank you Stephanie and you as well. It really is amazing what yoga and meditation can do.
