Hi all!
I have been practicing Yoga here and there for quite a while now, but I guess it’s been what you might call “recreational” up to this point… Recently I have been introduced to meditation and have started to become a more spiritual person, and I believe Yoga is going to help me greatly along this path… I am currently in college studying dance, so I have a great passion for movement and for the intelligence & beauty of the human body.
I can’t wait to be part of this community!
