I think I’ve made visible (to me) me progress in many things over the years,
except more flexibility for back bends. if there are any secrets besides slow gentle regular practise, I’d be glad to hear them :slight_smile:

You have the secret already. Patience is now the key and then acceptance of your limitations. I am excellent at back benders again, but find front benders bit more challenging. But I think if you are persistent and you stick to your practice you will see results. Thats the thing with yoga, it takes like all good things in life, time to come together.
