Hello!

Hi everyone!

I teach vinyasa, write a lot, and am working to combine my yoga knowledge with my educational background in creative arts therapy. I read yoga books all the time to see how different teachers approach the practice and lifestyle, and my writing helps me sort all this out.

Despite being serious about my practice for a few years, I still have plenty of questions about what the right kind of practice is for me and how to live the sutras in a modern, non-dogmatic, and life-affirming (fun!) way.

I’m hoping you all can help on that quest!

I would be interested to hear what yoga books you like.

Sure! Some of my favorites, off the top of my head:

Dr. Robert Butera - The Pure Heart of Yoga
Richard Faulds - Kripalu Yoga
TKV Desikachar - The Heart of Yoga
Swami Lalitananda - The Inner Life of Asanas
