Hello all fellow Yogis!!!

I just found this wonderful resource! I wanted to say hi and introduce myself. My name is Avi, i am a Yogini, a mother of two girls and a wonderful boxer puppy, as well as the owner of ActivewearUSA.com.

I started Yoga after my second child was born, to get back in shape. Yoga changed my world. Not only did i slim down and tone up, i have never felt more relaxed. Absolutely love it, and that is also one of the reasons I started my company.

Your site is great! I too am new to the forum and yoga. I agree with you, yoga also had a profound impact on me. I’ve decided to get healthy in all forms of my life. I started thehungrywife.com to try and get people to learn how to eat more healthy, and start thinking about eating in a different way.
