Hi hi!
My name is Danielle, I’m trying to get back in to Yoga as a frequent practice, and thought this might be a good place to engage and get some motivation. I’ve been doing Vinyasa for a few months now, and am working myself up to Bikram…I think. I’m pretty satisfied with Vinyasa as it stands, we’ll see if I feel the need to go farther.
I’m also currently doing some research on Yoga as a practice, and I’ll be posting some questions for members on the general discussion board, any input would be great, I’m curious about others’ reasons & experiences with the practice.
