Hello!

I only started doing yoga last week and I have to admit that it’s only because I am recovering from injuries from a car accident; my physiotherapist recommended it. My first class was spectacular and gave me 1 full day of pain relief, something I haven’t had since my accident.

I carried on with 2 other classes and the instructors modified for me accordingly. After my third class I realized that I am addicted.

Before my accident, I worked as a Behavioural Consultant with special needs children. I also spend a great deal of time in my kitchen cooking and baking up a storm. I live and breathe healthy living with my focus on diet particularly because I have celiac disease. I prefer to make most of our foods from scratch because then I know what’s going into it. I am an animal lover and have 2 dogs who love to go for runs and hikes, and 2 cats (I’ve had them since I was a teenager).

I look forward to learning more about yoga here and meeting others who also enjoy their practice!
