Hello!

Hey everyone!

I’m so glad I found this site. I’ve had a lot of unanswered questions but now I found a helpful place.

I have been doing yoga for a few years. I started doing Pilates when I was real young. Around 11 or 12 years old. I was looking for something to help with pain which later got diagnosed as Fibromyalgia. I heard how Yoga was sort of like Pilates much never try it till much later.

Years later I went to a store with a friend and was searching for some workout DVDs. A Yoga Zone strenghtening video was on sale so I decided to get it because I wanted to tone up and lose weight. I had no clue that it would completely change everything. I got stronger, I lost weight but best of all it helped my anxiety and pain. I started craving yoga because I felt so much peace while doing it. I now have a large collection of books and DVDs and now am helping others learn yoga.

Currently I am in love with the Shiva Rea Daily Energy Vinyasa Flow and Sharon Gannon’s Chakra balancing DVDs. I am also slowly getting into Kundalini yoga which I also have a video of.
