Hello :-)

Hello everyone,

I’ve just joined this forum because I have made the decision to detoxify my life of bad habits, toxic relationships and poor health and fitness. Having practised yoga intermittently throughout the years, I know it’s a good place to start my journey towards health and happiness…I just want to make sure I keep it up this time.

I don’t know about anyone else here, but I find yoga incredibly difficult, given my tall, inflexible build. I’d be interested to discuss how anyone else has overcome tight hamstrings and poor flexibility throughout yoga and how long it took them.

I’m also keen to learn new recipes and discover how a we can imrpove ourselves with this peaceful practice. I attended a class yesterday and am already feeling more focused, still and peaceful, despite other problems in my life.
