I had pupil dilation drops put in my eyes 2 hours ago. I think they wear off in 2 more hours. Does anyone know if yoga is ok to do, without any inversions other than down dog? Thanks!
Gosh, I don’t know.
I assume you’ll also want to be careful of poses that use visual balance information too, just in case your vision adjusts during the 2 hours you have left.
