Although I continue my hatha everyday I have this horrible pain in my thigh. It is in my right leg just a little below the hip. I have not knocked my leg and am wondering if I have pulled a muscle. Any Ideas

I think people are going to want more details before they can answer you… does it hurt all the time or only when you practice a certain pose? Does the pain go down deep into the hop joint, or does it feel like its in the muscles? I think some of the more anatomically inclined yogis around here might get you pointed in the right direction with more info. I hope you find relief soon!

The pain is just below the hip. I am unsure whether it is joint or muscle. this has been going on for a while.
