I know this asana to be a variation on Yogamudrasana, once you are in this position as in the photo the next step would be to breath in and on the out breath bend forward and touch the forehead to the ground. I don’t know a specific name for it, sorry. But yes it does exist.

this one. In Feuerstein’s, [I]The Shambala
Encyclopedia of Yoga[/I] (page 345), there is
a photo of it also (forehead to floor). It’s there
as [B]Yoga-Mudra[/B], listed but not described in the
Hatha-Ratna-Avali (3.12) as one of the eighty-four postures.
I suppose it may be considered by some a 'variation/hybrid’
of Padmasana as well? hmm…as is such…it definately exists!
