when i started out i went to a site called posture.tech.. Got this posture corrector brace which came with a free booklet with stretches and beginners yoga. I practice that 20mins everyday at home when I started .. AMAZING the difference to my practice would deffo recommend if your new to yoga

The beauty of yoga is its simplicity. Nothing else needed though some do use props.
