Hi everyone. 25 year old ex All-American runner in Texas trying to get back into yoga.
I’ve had multiple joint and ligament problems recently and I was getting a fitness assessment done the other day and not only did she tell me that I was unbelievably inflexible, but it also adds to my injuries and stretching and yoga could be the best route for prevention.
I have done yoga in the past but it has been a few years and I’d like to get back into it for the sake of my body.
