I am Sasidhar, I am from India but I live in Cerritos, California a suburb of Los Angeles.
I practice different styles of yoga on a regular basis , I subscribe Yoga classes from yogaglo.com . I am mostly into Vinyasa Flow, Iyengar , Restorative, Yin and Anusara.
I sometimes hate other forms of exercise but when it comes to yoga I love it and look forward for more of it.
