Hi everyone, I’m a university student from Hong Kong and I’m happy to join this forum!
I’ve been interested in starting Yoga ever since I’ve discovered that I have certain concavities in my upper spine on the right side recently. My collar bones also look very uneven unfortunately - left side is higher than the right side.
I’m looking for some advice on what Yoga poses that are safe to do for my condition at home. Through some brief research, I’ve learned that I need to lengthen the concave points in my upper spine to help with realignment.
