Hi everyone. My name is Ange, I live on the Gold Coast in sunny QLD and I’m after some help and information for an absolute Yoga beginner. I have had a lower back injury for 3 years now which severely limits what I can do exercise wise. I used to be very fit and lean however my injury has caused me to stop exercising and I have gained a little weight which I am very keen to get rid of. I’ve never done Yoga before but am really interested in trying it due to the low impact nature of the exercises, as well as the many other lifestyle benefits. Could someone please recommend a good DVD for beginners that I can do at home? Thanks in advance for your help - have a great day
