Hi! New here :)

I took my very first yoga class (Bikram) 6 years ago and over the years did a few classes (Bikram and Iyengar) very sporadically. A couple of weeks ago I decided to make some changes to lead a healthier lifestyle, which included picking up the yoga practice more regularly. I’ve been taking at least 1 class, sometimes 2 (consisting of Hatha, Flow, Power, and Ashtanga,) 6 days a week since I made the decision to sign up with a studio here. I feel great and I’m addicted. And I’m happy that I’m regaining the bit of flexibility I lost after I had to quit dancing 9 years ago due to a neck injury.

I’m looking forward to learning from everyone here. Oh, and my favourite asana is Natarajasana
