hey everyone
im new to the forum
ive been doin yoga for roughly 2 years now
i just recently picked it up
i have a really wide variety of moves but theres certain things that im missing that i want to enhance but dont know how to
i have two questions:
- is/are there yoga position(s) that slow down heart rate or improve it. because, recently, my heart beats very hard and i dont think its health
- i need yoga positions to build my triceps. ii have alotta positions for chest but my tricpes are shrinking. (is there some for biceps too?)
