Hi yogaforum people

hi all

ive been practicing yoga for a year give or take and have a pretty inconsistent practice of doing some practice every now and then but then leaving a few weeks before picking it up again. i will do three or four days but then not do any for months. its not good really and defeats the point.

so i want to develop a daily yoga habit. but since i dont have any local yoga groups near where i live i thought it best to sigh my self up to a forum

i chose this site mainly because of its familiar format and its comparatively high member count. don?t know if that?s a good thing but im here now. lol

i hope i can learn allot from this place and i look forward to talking and geting to know you all.

Welcome to the forum, Danny Lincoln.

It’s v. nice to have you here:D

Developing a regular practiice habit is how to go deeper into yoga. Results come alot quicker that way.And once they come youu will loong to practice again… and again. Even a couple of mintues a day is enough…Then, there wil be no stopping you, once the ball starts rolling.

And it will roll…

Hi Danny,

Welcome to the forum.

Developing a daily practice is really not that difficult and the one thing you need to cultivate is discipline and perseverance, once established in it, the asana will flow naturally.

Building a sequence that fits you on a daily basis, that will proof to be more of a challeng as you don’t have any school or teacher near you for guidance.

Trust you will find what you need on this Forum and good luck with building that asana practice.
